Honorable PM should be asked as what reforms he had in his mind to bring revolutionary changes in Education department of Azad Kashmir . AT present , the education at government level ( particularly primary to secondary level) is touching its lowest level. The teachers are drawing very high salaries but most of them are not caring for their duties . Important is that, they have a trade union ( Teacher Organization) which is a pressure group and do not care for the orders and policies of education management . The first and very important step to bring changes is to finish this business of teacher organization . If this type of organization is not in police , army and other major departments , why in education . Once there are elections of this body , they simply forget their teaching responsibilities. Question may also be put as why not to privatize the education system as the strength of government schools have reduced to an alarming extent .
